Reflected Best Self Leadership Development Plan
After reflecting on times when I was at my best self, I analyzed how I am a leader. I found common themes in my best self-portrait that I can refer to and revise in the future. By writing down the actions that I take, I can better understand myself and use that to help me grow.
PLCY 201 Policy Paper
In PLCY201 class, I wrote a paper arguing about how to improve policing in America. This is a great writing sample of mine where it shows how I have been able to grow and excel in writing. I was able to find great resources supporting my argument that I could then tie back to my topic sentences and overall thesis. I have been focusing on less passive writing and getting to a direct, concise point. I also had a good flow throughout the paper by using topic sentences and summaries so that the reader can follow through with the paper.
CPPL 100 Class Reflection
Here is a discussion post that shows an example of my analysis and reflection from a class reading. I love to learn about leadership within a society and in class, we learned about the characteristics of a living democracy. I focused on my dominant impressions and feelings as I read the reading and expressed my opinions based on my perspective.
